You can request a refund or exchange if the product you received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Additionally, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours after delivery. You should provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us verify your claim. Once we receive your request, we will review it and guide you through the next steps.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. You must send the product back within 7 days after receiving approval from our support team. Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of your request.
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include opened or used water containers, customized or personalized products, items damaged due to customer misuse, and products returned without the original packaging. Please carefully check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues.
Once we approve your refund request, we will process the refund within 5 to 6 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout within 5-6 working days. If you paid via cash on delivery, we will arrange to transfer the refund to your bank account or UPI ID after confirming your details.
If you request an exchange, we will first arrange to pick up the original product, if necessary, and then dispatch the replacement item. The exchanged product will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Exchanges are allowed for the same product or an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective product, we will cover all shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
